Carried Interest Excel Function (149 downloads)
This was an early project to have ChatGPT-3.5 create a custom Excel function to calculate carried interest in Excel.
Portfolio Manager (Work in Progress) (0 downloads)
This is a project that is in progress. It is a portfolio model to forecast cash flows and performance for a closed- or open-end real estate fund. Excel acts as the input and output screen with VBA (macros) acting as the engine that processes the inputs and generates the outputs.
